APPEAL PROCEDURE

Rules of filing and reviewing appeals (Chapter IX. The rules of admission)

According to the results of the entrance test conducted by Tuvan State University independently, the applicant (trustee) has the right to file an appeal with the Appeal Commission on violation, in the opinion of the applicant, of the established procedure of conducting the entrance test and (or) disagreement with the received assessment of the results of the entrance test.

During the appeal review compliance with the established procedure for conducting the entrance test and (or) the correctness of evaluating the results of the entrance test is checked.

The appeal is filed on the day when the results of the entrance test are announced. An appeal for violation of the established procedure of the entrance test can also be filed on the day of the entrance test.

The appeal is considered no later than the next office day after the day of its submission.

The applicant (trustee) has the right to be present when the appeal is considered. One of the parents or legal representatives may be present with an underage (under 18 years of age), except for those who have been recognized as fully capable under the law before reaching the age of maturity.

After consideration of the appeal, the Appeal Commission decides to change the assessment of the results of the entrance test or leave the specified assessment unchanged.

The decision of the Appeal Commission issued by the Protocol is brought to the attention of the applicant (trustee). The fact of familiarization of the applicant (trustee) with the decision of the Appeal Commission is certified by the signature of the applicant (trustee).
